WET RINSING

ENSURING PRODUCT QUALITY

A wet bottle rinser will invert containers over a rinse basin while the spray manifold shoots a jet of water/cleaning solution into the container to remove dust and debris.  A wet rinser can be manufactured for manual or automatic rinsing applications. Automatic rinsing equipment can be configured as linear intermittent or continuous rotary.

Primary suppliers include, but are not limited to: Galick Packaging and Acasi.

SEMI AUTOMATIC WET RINSING

Semi-Automatic wet rinsing machines utilize either an air operated diaphragm pump for alcohol or an electric pump for filtered water. Bottles are inverted overtop of nozzles and trigger a switch to open a valve that releases the rinse product into the bottle. The rinse water is then recirculated through a filter to trap any impurities.

AUTOMATIC WET RINSING

Automatic rinsing machines have pneumatic gating to control bottles coming in and out of the machine automatically. When the set count of bottles enter the machine they are clamped and rotated or inverted overtop of the nozzles for rinsing. Once complete they return to the conveyor and released back onto the line. The process then repeats. Typically these wet rinsing machines have a tank and filter for the rinsing media.
