We offer Sanitary Stainless Steel Tanks in a wide variety of styles including Single Wall, Insulated, Jacketed and Pressure Jacketed in sizes ranging from 20-10,000 gallon.
Sanitary Single Wall Stainless Steel Tanks are best suited to store or hold various types of product including chemicals, food, water, and other bulk materials. Something that does not require heating or cooling.They can be vertical or horizontal in orentation. An agitatior can be added to a Single Wall Tank to mix products.
Sanitary Stainless Steel Tanks are available with a Jacket, known as Jacketed Tanks. Jacketed Tanks feature a solid shell over part of the tank with no internal components. The fluid regulating temperature flows between the jacket and the tank which will effectively heat or cool product using direct steam or water.
Insulated Tanks are another option. They do not directly heat or cool product, but will prevent your product from rising or dropping in temperature too fast. An Insulated Tank also prevents an individual from burning themselves while the tank is storing hot product.
Pressure Jacketed Tanks or Pressure Vessels are carefully fabricated and designed to hold liquids or gases at a significantly higher or lower pressure than the surrounding ambient pressure. It is important to note Pressure Jacketed Tanks or Vessels can present inherent dangers and must always be ASME certified.
