Auger Fillers typically use a cone shaped hopper and dispense products using an auger screw – a screw-shaped device that transports materials forward by rotating. Auger Fillers are best suited for filling dry free flowing and non-free flowing products, powders, and granules. (ie: table salt, sugars and spices, flour, etc)
Vibratory Weigh Scale Fillers are an ideal solution for dry granular products that require precision weighing. Vibratory Fillers use vibrating channels to feed product to the load cells for accurate weighing. These fillers are best suited when filling nuts, pasta, coffee, fruit, vegetables, etc.
Volumetric Cup Fillers dispense dry free-flowing products without any product degradation. Volumetric filling is best suited for free flowing products such as beans, candy, seeds, pasta, etc.
Automatic Rotary Fillers are used when high capacity or continuous filling of dry products is required.
