Depalletizers are a quick and efficient means to unload empty aluminum, glass or plastic containers from bulk layered pallets. Galick Process and Packaging Solutions offers both manual and automatic Depalletizers for unloading full-height or half-height pallets.

MANUAL or AUTOMATIC

HALF HEIGHT DEPALLETIZER

Half Height Depalletizers are made for half pallets of either empty aluminum, glass or plastic containers. Half pallets are usually around 10 layers of containers, on a pallet approximately 40" to 44"W x 48" to 56"L. Half Height Depalletizers are available in both manual and automatic configurations. Manual Depalletizers allow for the use of an external lift or can include an integrated lift to lift the pallet to conveyor height. An operator must than manually turn a hand wheel crank to unload the containers onto the discharge conveyor. Automatic Depalletizers use electrically driven lift and sweep assembly motors that allow for smooth and continuous operation.
